Ash McDonald LLC Payment Policy
Overview

Ash McDonald LLC utilizes Stripe to process your payment for this program. By clicking below, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to authorize your card for 6 payments of $500 USD.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations. Ash McDonald LLC does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this mentorship program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and understand that there will be no refunds issued.

Missed Payment
If payment is not received by the due date or there is an issue with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by email. A 10% fee will be applied to the price of the missed payment if payment is more than 7 days late from the original due date. An additional 10% fee will be charged for every subsequent 7-day delay until payment is received.

Scope of Program
You are enrolling in a 6-month private Therapeutic Mentorship program led by Ash McDonald LLC. This package includes two (2) 60-minute private mentorship calls per month over a six-month period. The program is focused on emotional healing, inner growth, and nervous system support.

This mentorship does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice. It is designed to provide therapeutic guidance and emotional support in a mentorship capacity.

The Recalibration Intensive is a custom 1:1 experience designed to help you reset your system, reclaim your clarity, and return to yourself. Whether you’re holding too much, navigating a transition, or simply craving space to be witnessed without needing to perform—this is where we begin. It’s a nervous system-first session rooted in therapeutic support, emotional regulation, and strategic clarity—woven together in a way that meets you. We might explore what’s keeping you stuck, unravel the pressure you’re carrying, identify energetic or operational leaks in your business, or untangle what no longer feels aligned. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. This is about creating space for you to feel safe, clear, and resourced again—so you can move forward from a place of true capacity, not survival.

THE LOGISTICS

- Once enrolled, you’ll fill out a brief pre-session form to share where you’re at, what you’re navigating, and what kind of support you’re craving—so I can tailor our time together to what will serve you most

- 90-minute private session with Ash (via Zoom)
- Session recap to help you move forward clearly, not just feel better in the moment including personalized follow-up with a curated mix of meditations, somatic tools, or journal prompts—based on what you need
