Ash McDonald LLC Payment Policy
Overview

Ash McDonald LLC utilizes Stripe to process your payment for this offer. By clicking below, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to authorize your card for one payment of $647 USD or two payments of $347.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations. Ash McDonald LLC does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By booking a Studio Session, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and understand that no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

If you need to reschedule your Studio Session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your session. No-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the session with no exceptions. In either case, no refund will be issued.

Missed Payment:

If payment is not received by the due date or there is an issue with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by email. A 10% fee will be applied to the price of the missed payment if payment is more than 7 days late from the original due date. An additional 10% fee will be charged for every subsequent 7-day delay until payment is received.

Scope of Services:

You are booking a Studio Session with Ash McDonald LLC. This offer includes one (1) 90-minute private coaching call plus two weeks of Voxer support for integration and accountability following your session.
This service does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice. It is designed to provide therapeutic guidance and emotional support in a mentorship and coaching capacity.
